Lenny Kravitz to redesign Paramount Bay
Musician Lenny Kravitz and his New York-based Kravitz Design have been hired to revamp the look and feel for downtown Miami condominium project Paramount Bay. ST Residential and iStar Financial (NYSE: SFI) hired Kravitz to work on several parts of the 47-story project, including the spa, fitness center, lobby, driveway area, pool terraces and green space.
HPCO Advisory negotiated the contract under the direction of Andrew B. Hellinger and Coralee G. Penabad. HPCO, an affiliate of Hellinger Penabad Cos., formerly known as Liberty Pointe Advisors, has been serving as the receiver for Paramount Bay. Kravitz Design's other projects include the Florida Room lounge at the Delano for Morgans Hotel Group (NasdaqGM: MHGC), and the two-story penthouse recording studio at The Setai Resort & Residences in South Beach.
